For more than a decade, I've specialized in discovering deep customer insights to design powerful brand strategies, customer experiences, and product marketing.
Today, I run my own think tank, dedicated to developing strategic foresight for brands. We help you move beyond reacting to the present and start designing for the future.

Brand & CX Leadership: At the TATA group's Centre for Customer Centricity, I gained cross-sector exposure (Financial, Retail, CPG, B2B). At Reliance MediaWorks, I led customer experience strategy and built a holistic system for generating customer insights.
Media & Design Thinking: During my time at Carat Media (Dentsu), I implemented design thinking across consumer journeys for global brands like Standard Chartered Bank and Intel.
Research & Consulting: At Quantum Consumer Solutions, I managed global qualitative research projects for industry leaders like Samsung, Frito-Lay, and Microsoft. My foundational experience at 9dot9 Media and Iris Retail solidified my expertise in research methods.
