A philosopher by passion, and a researcher by profession who has evolved from an executive to an entrepreneur.

More than a decade of blending data and intuition to discover deep Customer Insights to design Customer Strategy for brands has been both passion and profession. Using customer insights to design brand strategy, customer experience and product marketing, I have honed my skills across various aspects of marketing. Building range in my skill set was an intentional endeavor. I currently run my own think tank specializing in developing foresight for brands. My recent studies include ‘The Modernization of the Indian Home’ using the Hindsight to Foresight framework, ‘The State of Sustainable products in India’ using the 3-horizon framework, forecasting possible, plausible, preferable scenarios with respect to the same.

In my last stint at Carat Media-Denstu group, I was exposed to design thinking in media and implementing it across Consumer Journey for brands like Standard Chartered bank, Intel, and Indian healthcare companies. Having worked at the group level, Centre for Customer Centricity at the TATA group, India’s largest

conglomerate, I gained exposure across different sectors Financial, Retail, CPG and B2B. At Reliance MediaWorks, a leading Cinema Chain in India, I was responsible for Customer experience strategy and insights generation, where I built collective insight into customer needs, wants, perceptions. Stints at 9dot9 Media (Printand digital media company) and Iris Retail (a consulting company) helped me establish a sound understandingof research methods and providing solutions to Clients. At Quantum Consumer solutions, a global leading Consumer research company, I worked on all aspects of qualitative research and independently handled projects forcompanies like Frito lay, Samsung, Aviva Life insurance. Microsoft. My strength lies in having seen challenges in Consumer Strategy as a practioner, as a manager and a Brand owner.

I have obtained my Master’s in social sciences, International Studies from National University of Singapore, Singapore and my undergraduate degree is in Economics from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi. My interest in foresight and scenario planning was honed in my course taken at The Future laboratory,London and and I am a certified Foresight Analyst from the same institution;
